DELIVERY INFORMATION, COSTS & SURCHARGES
Mainland UK Delivery
Delivery is FREE on all Orders to Mainland UK with our 2-man Delivery Service.
All Deliveries are carried out by fully trained Drivers and Handlers
We aim to Deliver all items within 5-7 working days from receipt of order
All Deliveries are booked in via Email and Text message (2-3 days prior to delivery) where you will be offered a 3-hour time slot, so please ensure you include the best Mobile Number when placing your order.
Our Drivers will also give you a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to delivery to ensure you are home to accept your delivery
If you find yourself unexpectedly unavailable on the time slot selected, we can also arrange to leave with a neighbour, who would be required to sign for the delivery to prevent us having to take the item away and arrange a re-delivery at a later date
We have a high success rate in achieving our deliveries, however, if we are unable to deliver your item at the first attempt, there may be a charge for the re-delivery, the cost of which would depend on the size of the item (small, medium, large)
Northern Ireland Delivery
We use a different logistics partner for deliveries to Northern Ireland, where all deliveries are standard 1-man deliveries. For larger items, the driver may require assistance. We also offer a 2-man delivery option. The delivery costs are:
- 1 Man Delivery - £155
- 2 Man Delivery - £230
