DELIVERY INFORMATION, COSTS & SURCHARGES
Our Logistics partners are currently operating as per the Social distancing guidelines and as a result deliveries will only be made to the Front Door of your Property. If you live in an Apartment, this will be outside the Communal Front Door, the drivers are unable to enter any Property but they will notify you when they are outside.
Delivery is FREE on all Orders based on our standard 1-man Delivery Service. We also offer a 2-Man Delivery Service for a small additional cost.
All Deliveries are carried out by fully trained Drivers and Handlers
We aim to Deliver all items within 5-7 working days from receipt of order
All Deliveries are booked in via Email and Text message (2-3 days prior to delivery) where you will be offered a 3-hour time slot, so please ensure you include the best Mobile Number when placing your order.
Our Drivers will also give you a courtesy call 30 minutes prior to delivery to ensure you are home to accept your delivery
If you find yourself unexpectedly unavailable on the time slot selected, we can also arrange to leave with a neighbour, who would be required to sign for the delivery to prevent us having to take the item away and arrange a re-delivery at a later date
We have a high success rate in achieving our deliveries, however, if we are unable to deliver your item at the first attempt, there may be a charge for the re-delivery, the cost of which would depend on the size of the item (small, medium, large) and the service you have selected when placing the order (1-Man or 2-Man)
Certain Items may also carry a Surcharge dependant on your postcode. Please check individual products for more information.
